Is there a way to un-deprecate a deprecated package?
It would require a packager to:
1. Have time to maintain the package going forward
1. Have time to maintain the package going forward
2. Go through the 'New Package' process with an updated and reviewed spec file.
3. Get it accepted again and do builds.
