ack, I believe most of Doug's packages are Infiniband related and
should have a backup maintainer at Red Hat, but I will check closer on

From what I can tell, none of the registered co-maintainers are
active either, so all of Doug's packages are effectively dead right
now.
Not entirely true - I'm the co-maintainer for openmpi and have been the
de-facto only maintainer of it for a long time.
I'd be happy to become the main admin, or to turn it over to someone
else if they were truly able to keep it maintained.
