In the meantime, the GStreamer 1.26 update was pushed and is being worked on, so I can't just bump-and-rebuild it again. I think the easiest way to deal with this is to wait until GStreamer 1.26 is ready and lands in rawhide, and to then rebuild gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free 1.26 in the openh264 side-tag again.
