f43-backgrounds available

    Hello team,
    The Fedora 43 default wallpaper, packaged as f43-backgrounds, is
      now available in both Rawhide , branched Fedora 43 and EPEL 10
      repositories. It uses JPEG XL as default image format, first in
      use on Fedora 42 and should work on all desktop environment.
      desktop-backgrounds is also updated for Fedora 43 theme.
