We have a planned outage of the libvirt.org mailing lists on Monday 25th August. The outage is anticipated to begin at approx 10:00 JST (Japan), and all going well, should last no more than a couple hours. There will be various cosmetic changes to the lists.libvirt.org web interface after the upgrade, due to the newer software versions introduced.
