Notable changes:
- 'netdev_add' now supports 'passt'

- virtio-gpu added 'optputs' property
- virtio-net added:
   - 'hash-ipv4','hash-ipv6','hash-ipv6ex'
   - 'hash-tcp4','hash-tcp6','hash-tcp6ex'
   - 'hash-udp4','hash-udp6','hash-udp6ex'
