If there isn't a file with the name of the user in
/var/lib/AccountsService/users, then create one or copy from another
user if there is one.
The content is something like:
[User]
Language=en_CA.UTF-8
Session=
PasswordHint=
Icon=
SystemAccount=true
It's the last line that's important. If that is set to "true", then the
greeter won't show it.
After creating or editing the file, run:
systemctl restart accounts-daemon.service
