OTOH, I've had an HL-L2360DW printing here for several years, with clients on Fedora, Windows, ChromeOS, etc.
I presume you've tried to print from different machines to eliminate a driver problem.
I would guess you've also searched for [Brother HL-L2360DW "out of paper" error] in your favorite search engine. A useful guide I've found is:
