If bcachefs is available and sufficiently stable, else if I can use bcache+btrfs (ext4 if btrfs overkill... mostly not), or just speed up my HDD. Bcachefs is not production ready, and fixes are not looking like they will go into the kernel. Also beware that bcachefs has only one developer.
