Can you add a comment to the bug?
My problem seems to be different. I don't see any panic. Only the poweroff is not working. The machine don't poweroff.
Maybe tomorrow I will boot in new kernel and capture screen and also logs, if there are.
Can you raise a new bug for the dell?
All i see is power.target reached and then nothing. Is that what you are seeing?
