I have a perl script -- foo.pl. that takes a single parameter. There is a syslink in my bin directory foo to foo.pl It used to be the case (Fedora 41, xfce, current) that I could select the application finder, put foo x in the launcher box, and, all execution proceeded as expected. After a recent upgrade, this no longer works. The best I've been able to to is to resolve complaint about the URI by providing a full path to foo.pl, and even with that the parameter causes problems. Anyone have a solution? Thanks. -- _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
