Totally fair. In general, that's probably pretty good advice.
But NewEgg *specifically* seems to be pretty realistic and accurate. If
you read the reviews, folks are pretty straight up about their tech
purchases. And the reviews are tagged as verified owners where appropriate.
YMMV, of course, but my experience with *this specific vendor* has been
pretty good. The reviews are realistic, seem to be accurate, etc.
