You can download the postfix RPM, then extract main.cf with rpm2cpio
and cpio.

For example like that:

cd /tmp
dnf download postfix
rpm2cpio postfix-3.9.1-5.fc42.x86_64.rpm \
  | cpio -idmv ./etc/postfix/main.cf
./etc/postfix/main.cf
9101 blocks
