Here are my notes on using fedpkg, courtesy of Todd Z. You should use
`fedpkg mockbuild`. The note "Also see Todd Zullinger email" refers
to a private email between Todd and myself.
Fedpkg use:
# wcm is the package name
fedpkg clone -a wcm
cd wcm
fedpkg switch-branch f39 # or just git switch f39
fedpkg prep

Fedora Realm setup:
Install krb5-workstation fedora-packager-kerberos
kinit noloader@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
