Thanks for Quick reply. Don't know what encryption subkeys are??

Looked at the history, and all updates were from updates or
system, so apears only Fedora updates being done.

Note: If I run dnf update again after all updates it doesn't show.
Last run had 47 items download and then updated including new
kernel rpms, but don't know it is linked to that? Just saw warning
message during run, and scrolled back to see what it said.

Earlier had seen this and found something that sounded like it
would clean up things, but seems it didn't.

dnf install /usr/bin/clean-rpm-gpg-pubkey
/usr/bin/clean-rpm-gpg-pubkey --dry-run
/usr/bin/clean-rpm-gpg-pubkey

When I ran it cleaned up a number of old keys, going back to
Fedora 31. But running it now shows 0 removed.

Had run dnf again, and didn't see the message, so thought it was
fixed, but no it is.

I generally run dnf from command line, and noticed the Warning,
but had to go back to find it. If run via other methods would never
have seen it.
