Libreoffice version is -2 while Fedora's is -1?Just seeing all these warnings. It seems you installed LibreOffice from site's RPM Packages:
One F41 of my machines
# rpm -qa | grep libreoffice | grep calc
libreoffice-calc-24.8.6.2-1.fc41.x86_64
One F42 upgraded from F41
# rpm -qa | grep libreoffice | grep calc
libreoffice-calc-25.2.3.2-1.fc42.x86_64
I Think you must uninstall the site's packages and perhaps (or not) reinstall LibreOffice with DNF.
