dump/restore is actively supp9rted in "upstream", but not
in the Fedora Repo.

I believe this might be intended as a response to me, but you've responded to the beginning of the thread?

dump is maintained upstream. It's also maintained by the Fedora team:

Intimating it's not maintained by Fedora feels disingenuous and could be construed as a bit of a slight to the all volunteers who build, test and release the distro?

Perhaps it's not maintained at a cadence you need, that would be fair. This is a free, open source distro. If this is something you really care about, maybe become a maintainer?

You haven't responded to the fact this could just be noise, either. Are your files being restored, just with some extraneous warnings? If so, maybe just hold out till the next mass rebuild and retest.

If they aren't being restored, and it's painful for you, you could just roll your own interim RPM until the next mass rebuild.
