This is the case all the time a connection is being established, no
firewall and not NAT can prevent that because they explicitly allow
that communication to make communication possible.

If operating systems or applications are vulnerable to such attacks,
they are itself the fault and this fault can only be fixed at the
OS/application level, not by NAT or outside firewalls.
