It's a good idea to check first if there is already a bug for the issue. The URL https://bugz.fedoraproject.org/<package> is a shortcut that shows all open bugs for a package. In this case, https://bugz.fedoraproject.org/python-yfinance shows that there is already an open bug about the new version.
