On what hardware was this tested?

Does it work on something that's not a devkit/eval kit?

If the target is RHEL enablement, please reference the JIRA issue where this
is discussed.

If the target is Fedora enablement, please mention the bugzilla or the
discussions that happened where this enablement was discussed.

At the very least, this needs:
- enabling in Fedora
- disabling RHEL
- verifying (offline!) that it builds (`make dist-configs-check` is the bare
minimum here)
- pushing a working build here
- discussions to happen in Fedora upstream about this enablement
