I've used devboard's de-compiled dtb as the base (first commit) to get started with enabling the support for rb3gen2. Then moved on adding more to accommodate more peripherals on the board along with their dependencies. Over the base, I've split the subsystem wise configs. Had to do it in single MR (multiple commits though) to avoid failures due to dependencies of one MR over other. I've verified the changes on rb3gen2 and it boots till shell.
