I am confused. The original (automatically created) MR was just moving
`CONFIG_ARCH_R9A09G056=y` from `pending-rhel` to `rhel`.
- Why are you addressing `CONFIG_ARCH_R9A09G047` in this MR? I thought it was
dedicated to `CONFIG_ARCH_R9A09G056`.
- Why do we want `CONFIG_ARCH_R9A09G056` enabled in RHEL? Is it used by
anyone? Since it's a new platform, who is (will be) responsible for
maintaining it?

I get why the default is `y` and why the original MR was created like that.
But I think this MR should just set
`redhat/configs/rhel/generic/CONFIG_ARCH_R9A09G056` to `#
CONFIG_ARCH_R9A09G056 is not set` (instead of the initial `y`).
