redhat: configs: fedora: enable CONFIG_I2C_HID_OF=m on x86

Some x86 tablets which ship with Android as factory OS do not have their
touchscreen described in their APCI tables (instead its address is
hardcoded in their custom kernel).

To still make things work the special x86-android-tablets module will DMI
match the tablet model and then manually instantiate an i2c_client for
the touchscreen. Since this i2c_client does not come from ACPI it does
not work with thr i2c_hid_acpi driver instead it needs i2c_hid_of.

Enable CONFIG_I2C_HID_OF=m on x86 to make the touchscreen on these tablets
work.
