Misplaced wallpaper on second screen

Hi,
Starting F40, and I am now with F41, I get misplaced wallpaper on my
dual monitor installation.
I have a 2560x1440 monitor placed on top of my 1920x1080 laptop screen
and every time I open plasma (Wayland or X11), the left hand side 1920
pixels of my top monitor are black (#000000) and the wallpaper only
start at pixel 1921. I need to unplug the monitor, wait few seconds
and plug it again to get the wallpaper at the right position.
Any idea what's happening?
Thanks
F
